On Trek

What could we focus on more in these days of mixed emotions? I don't even know what to trust on the news anymore?  Who is lying and why would they? I decided for myself, I am going to move my focus on the planet we live in.

The animals, the forests, mountains, rivers and lakes and oceans. The beautiful happy birds who come daily. Wee ones and bigger ones. The raccoons, squirrels,  deer, rabbits, ..The sun, and rain, the leaves on the trees.

I watch the clouds on the blue background, and the sun shines through the clouds.  Images are shown daily in the clouds.  It is like a drive in movie, from my living room. The fresh mountain air we breathe, and the smells from the wild and domestic flowers.

And it is all FREE.  The green grass is a perfect carpet, with sprinkled flowers all around.  I can go on and on. Everyday no matter the weather, they are our companions in the forests. The trees wave in the wind.  There is beauty on this planet all over the world.  We just need to take the time to focus on it all.

A Rainbow after a rain, with streaks of sunlight, and drops of water hanging on leaves is remarkable.  Everything shines and glistens and glows.

Watch an ant cross your path.  They are focused on doing their job.  They all matter.  We all matter. A cloud image of a little calf just floated by.  I swore the other day I saw some of my pet doggies..floating by, saying HI.

Love never stops. It is always surrounding us.  Take the time to feel it, touch it, hear it, smell it, and love it back.

Love, Judith
